We are a non-pk and non-theif server. There are a tons of servers out there that allow this, we however do not. Monster stealing is still available and there are stealable items spawned for stealing skill to be used on.
Do not harass anyone in game or outside of the game...its quiet simple to be honest. Enjoy the game and let others enjoy the game. We are all here to have fun!
If you see someone hunting in a area, then politely ask them if you can join them or you can move to another area...there is plenty of monsters to kill for everyone!

Do not loot others kills till they have moved on. Establish group loot rules for your party heads out to hunt.
